Position Overview
PixaCrafts seeks a dedicated Store Executive to oversee the in-store customer experience and act as the central liaison among clients and internal design and paint teams. This full-time role merges front desk responsibilities with client support, focusing on effective communication, project tracking, and smooth inter-department coordination. The position provides growth opportunities transitioning from core store management to enhanced client service tasks.
Key Duties
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the store, understanding their needs and guiding them professionally through available offerings.
- Maintain organized, clean, and appealing store presentation to ensure a positive customer environment.
- Manage daily store operations as assigned to maintain smooth functioning.
- Serve as the main contact for ongoing clients, providing updates on project statuses related to design and painting services.
- Collect client requirements or modifications and communicate these precisely to relevant teams.
- Maintain thorough records of client communications and project details within the CRM system.
- Identify and report any project conflicts, delays, or changes promptly, following up to resolution.
- Communicate clearly to clients about pending decisions or approvals and set realistic expectations on response times without overpromising.
- Coordinate information flow effectively between clients and the design and paint teams, escalating unresolved issues to management timely.
Role Clarifications
- This role does not encompass sales negotiation or deal closure, which remain sales team responsibilities.
- No authority is granted to approve or reject design or painting decisions—focus remains on coordination and communication.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience preferred in retail, front desk operations, customer service, or similar coordination roles.
- Strong verbal communication skills for engaging with clients in person and telephonically.
- Highly organized with attention to detail; familiarity with or willingness to learn CRM systems and basic computer tools such as email and spreadsheets.
- Ability to multitask effectively between in-store responsibilities and client follow-ups.
- Maintains a calm and professional attitude, especially when addressing delays or client concerns.
Desired Qualifications
- Background in interiors, design, home improvement, or related sectors is advantageous.
- Customer support or client servicing experience is a plus.

- Initial 60–90 days focus on training in CRM usage, client communication protocols, and cross-team coordination processes.

Compensation and Additional Details
