Stocking Team Associate

Role Overview

The Stocking Team Associate is primarily engaged in unloading deliveries and replenishing inventory. This role involves significant time spent in warehouse backroom areas and the handling of heavy items weighing more than 50 pounds. Operating equipment such as forklifts might be required.

Compensation Details

The hourly wage ranges from $14 to $27, always meeting or exceeding the minimum wage required in the work location. Eligible employees may receive additional pay incentives quarterly or annually. Extra premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour could be applied depending on factors such as shift schedules, location, seasonality, or specific duties. Multiple premium payments can stack if multiple criteria are fulfilled.

Shift and Location

Positions are available in full-time or part-time capacities across various shifts: opening, morning, mid-shift, closing, and overnight. The place of employment is the Walmart Supercenter #1367 located at 2720 Watson Blvd, Warner Robins, GA 31093.
