Job Summary
The Stocking Team Associate role involves primarily unloading delivery trucks and stocking merchandise in the backroom. This position requires physical strength to lift items exceeding 50 pounds and may necessitate operating heavy equipment like forklifts.
Compensation
- Hourly wage ranges from 17 to 30 dollars per hour, with actual pay meeting or exceeding the legal minimum wage applicable in the Marysville, WA location.
- Additional earnings include annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
- Supplementary premiums, varying between 0.35 and 3.00 dollars per hour, may be applied based on criteria such as work schedule, facility, season, or specific job functions; multiple premiums can accumulate if applicable.
Work Schedule and Location
This is a full-time, overnight shift position located at Walmart Supercenter #3801, 8713 64TH ST NE, Marysville, WA 98270, USA.
