Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately from various temperature zones, ensuring timely deliveries by verifying products, quantities, and codes.
• Maintain product quality by selecting fresh items and removing damaged goods; complete all necessary documentation and labeling, such as pick slips and shipping labels, with accuracy.
• Organize packaging efficiently to maximize space usage without compromising product safety or quality.
• Balance order fulfillment tasks with friendly customer interactions, offering assistance and resolving issues when necessary.
• Adhere to safety protocols, food hygiene standards, and quality guidelines, promptly cleaning spills, sanitizing totes before use, operating equipment safely, and performing all required safety inspections.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support business needs and maintain excellent customer service.

Role Challenges

• Manage a high volume of tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment, including overnight shifts, ensuring focus and energy throughout.
• Perform physically demanding activities such as standing for long periods, bending, and lifting items typically up to 20 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Complete repetitive stocking, zoning, and organizing duties with careful attention to detail to uphold store standards consistently.
