Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and reset the receiving area and unload general merchandise trailers, including live unloading tasks.
• Maintain cold chain protocols for refrigerated and frozen goods; transport pallets to the sales floor for overnight processing.
• Assist in stocking the sales floor as assigned and support customers to ensure a positive shopping atmosphere.
• Organize overstock by labeling and placing it correctly to aid inventory management.
• Follow company safety policies to ensure a clean, hazard-free work environment; complete safety logs and secure displays and fixtures.
• Be flexible in work scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business demands.

Role Challenges

• Manage a high workload during fast-paced overnight shifts while maintaining energy and focus throughout.
• Complete repetitive physical tasks involving standing, bending, and lifting inventory up to 50 lbs with attention to detail and consistency.

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $16.15 per hour.
