Staff Nurse - Neonatal Unit

Overview

We are seeking a Staff Nurse to join our welcoming and dynamic neonatal service at NHS Highland. Our unit features two intensive care cots, one high dependency cot, and eight special care cots. The service is supported by a well-established community liaison team and three Advanced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners, providing comprehensive care and coordination.

Support & Training

Newly qualified nurses will benefit from thorough mentorship and ongoing in-service training provided by experienced neonatal nurses. Additionally, access to mandatory hospital-based professional development programs ensures continuous skill enhancement.
