Staff Nurse

About the Role

We are seeking qualified nursing personnel for a multi-speciality hospital located in Yousufguda, Hyderabad. Candidates should hold a GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification and possess at least one year of hands-on experience in a hospital environment. The position offers a monthly salary of up to INR 25,000 with rotational shift schedules.

Primary Duties

• Deliver direct care to patients, including administering prescribed medications.
• Continuously observe patient health status and maintain precise documentation.
• Assist physicians during medical treatments and procedures.
• Implement infection prevention measures and ensure the safety of patients.
• Facilitate the administrative processes for patient admission, discharge, and transfer.
• Collaborate efficiently with other healthcare professionals to provide seamless patient care.
• Address patient inquiries professionally and empathetically.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic proficiency in computer operations; familiarity with Hospital Management Systems is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to work various shifts and manage emergency situations effectively.
