Job description
Position Summary
We are looking to hire a full-time Software Engineer specializing in micro platforms who can work remotely from any location. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable micro platforms that underpin key business services.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and support scalable, efficient, and dependable micro platforms.
- Develop backend services employing up-to-date software engineering best practices.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to facilitate smooth deployments and system monitoring.
- Produce high-quality, maintainable, and test-driven code.
- Diagnose and fix technical challenges within distributed system environments.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 5 years professional software engineering experience focusing on backend systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Python, Java, or equivalents.
- Deep knowledge of microservices architectures and distributed computing.
- Hands-on experience with cloud service providers like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure, along with container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experienced in implementing CI/CD pipelines and managing infrastructure-as-code with tools like Terraform and Ansible.
