Job Responsibilities

• Strategically oversee social media marketing channels including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok in close collaboration with the marketing team.
• Develop and nurture community engagement across social media platforms.
• Lead operational aspects of content creation for social media.
• Create content and occasionally represent the brand as a visible face in social media activities.
• Support the conception and execution of marketing initiatives including campaign planning.
• Participate in marketing activities involving webshop improvements, partnerships, press relations, and photoshoots.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional experience in social media marketing.
• Completed vocational training or degree in marketing.
• Structured and analytical work approach with fundamental knowledge of key marketing performance indicators.
• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Passion for jewelry and social media engagement.
• Open and communicative personality when interacting with others.
• Graphic design skills.
• Familiarity with eCommerce and Microsoft applications is advantageous.

Compensation & Working Conditions

• Full-time position with 36 to 40 hours per week.
• Salary range from €2600 to €3800 per month, depending on experience and working hours.
• Expected start date: immediate availability.
• Primary work location: Bikini Berlin office, occasionally at other company sites.
