Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate, data-savvy marketing professional to join our Canadian Social Media team. This position is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of social media campaigns, both organic and paid, to drive brand engagement and meet key performance indicators. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Social Media, you will collaborate across Brand, Marketing & Communications and other stakeholders to ensure consistent, engaging, and authentic brand messaging across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain the social content schedule, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maintaining an updated editorial calendar.
  • Conduct daily social media community management including listening, responding, and monitoring online conversations.
  • Develop and enhance employee advocacy strategies and manage related tools to boost social presence.
  • Support integrated social media campaigns across organic and paid channels, ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor campaign performance by tracking metrics, generating reports, analyzing data, and recommending optimization strategies.
