Role Summary

We are looking for an imaginative, social-first Content Creator who is deeply immersed in platform cultures to craft and deliver captivating, trend-responsive, product-centered content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Pinterest, with a focus on short-form videos. This position is crucial for defining See's Candies' digital identity by producing content that resonates authentically with audiences, remains culturally relevant, and adapts to each platform's style. Success means creating consistently high-impact content, spotting emerging trends, and translating those into compelling stories that enhance engagement, community expansion, and brand loyalty.

Primary Responsibilities

• Produce, shoot, and edit short-form video content regularly targeting platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest.
• Create platform-specific content aligned with brand tone and current trends.
• Identify, analyze, and capitalize on real-time trends and cultural moments.
• Manage weekly batch production to ensure a steady flow of content.
• Handle daily social media tasks including scheduling, publishing, audience interaction, and content moderation.
• Keep digital asset libraries organized and maintain consistent posting rhythms to support growth.
• Record behind-the-scenes content at photoshoots, events, and campaigns, occasionally representing the brand on camera.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and cross-team units to align messaging across campaigns.
• Monitor and assess social media performance metrics to optimize content strategies and support reporting efforts.
• Adapt swiftly in a fast-evolving, trend-driven environment, including travel as necessary for shoots and activations.

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in social media content creation or short-form video production.
• Expertise with TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and dynamic social platforms.
• Demonstrated success producing engaging, high-performing short videos from ideation to final product.
• Strong storytelling skills with an emphasis on social-first, audience-centric approaches.
• Proficient with mobile editing tools such as CapCut and Canva, alongside social publishing software.
• Confident in on-camera presence and able to authentically personify the brand.
• Keen visual sensibility for striking composition, pacing, and engagement hooks.
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Flexible and quick to respond to emerging trends in a fast-paced setting.

Compensation & Benefits

The position offers a starting salary range of $75,000 to $90,000, varying by factors such as location, skills, and experience. Additional elements may include comprehensive medical, financial, and retirement benefits (including 401(k) eligibility), along with paid time off options like vacation, sick leave, and parental leave. Employment is at-will and subject to potential salary adjustments based on various performance and market factors.
