Role Overview
Dallah Holding Media is looking for an experienced Social Account Manager to support its expanding client portfolio. The ideal professional will bring a solid foundation in marketing and communications, along with hands-on ability in managing social media channels, running effective campaigns, and building strong client partnerships.
This position suits a strategic, creative thinker who can also rely on data and performance insights to help client brands grow across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of several social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Build and implement social media plans that reflect client goals and brand positioning.
- Design, organize, and maintain content calendars to keep messaging consistent and timely.
- Drive social campaigns from initial idea through launch, monitoring, and improvement.
- Track key performance indicators, study results, and prepare clear reports with practical recommendations.
- Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring responsive communication and strong account satisfaction.
- Work closely with creative, design, and marketing teams to produce polished content and campaigns.
- Keep up with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to improve results continuously.
- Make sure all content follows brand standards and each platform’s publishing requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a similar discipline is required.
- Prior experience handling social media accounts, ideally in an agency or marketing-led setting, is expected.
- A strong grounding in marketing and communications is essential for this role.
- Hands-on experience should include account management, campaign delivery, content strategy, reporting, analytics, and client servicing.
- Comfort working with performance data and using insights to refine campaign outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to juggle several accounts and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools is an advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
