Site Supervisor - Turnkey Interior Fit-Out Projects

Overview

MEFCO Interiors LLC is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor specialized in turnkey interior fit-out projects within the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing site execution in civil, joinery, and MEP works, ensuring projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets. This role covers projects ranging from retail and commercial to luxury residential developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site activities related to turnkey fit-out projects.
• Coordinate work encompassing civil, joinery, MEP, and finishing stages according to approved plans and specifications.
• Ensure adherence to project quality, design intent, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage manpower, subcontractors, and daily labor allocation on site.
• Track project progress and ensure all milestones are achieved on schedule.
• Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients.
• Address technical on-site issues and provide progress updates.
• Monitor receipt and appropriate usage of materials.
• Maintain comprehensive daily site reports and documentation.
• Uphold HSE protocols and comply with company policies.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UAE-based experience in supervising interior fit-out projects.
• Practical experience managing turnkey projects involving civil, joinery, and MEP disciplines.
• Expertise in retail, commercial, office, hotel, F&B, and luxury residential project types.
• Proficient understanding of site execution, technical drawings, BOQ, and construction sequencing.
• Ability to effectively lead subcontractors and site teams.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and coordination capabilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance and finishing details.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and respect tight project deadlines.
