Job Overview

An established organization is looking for a seasoned Security Supervisor to lead security operations at commercial properties. The role involves managing security staff, ensuring adherence to security protocols, coordinating emergency responses, and maintaining a protected environment for clients, employees, and visitors alike.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee and organize security officers during their assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise access control mechanisms and manage CCTV monitoring to uphold effective security coverage.
• Perform regular patrols, conduct thorough inspections, and execute comprehensive security assessments of the site.
• Handle security incidents, lead investigations, and oversee accurate incident documentation and reporting.
• Guarantee compliance with organizational policies, client-specific guidelines, and standardized security procedures.
• Lead and participate in emergency response efforts when situations demand immediate action.
• Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations to security team members to ensure high standards.
• Compile daily, weekly, and incident reports for management and client review.

Candidate Requirements

• At least five years of relevant experience within the security field.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in supervisory or team management roles.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages, including spoken and written communication.
• Availability and willingness to attend client interviews prior to deployment.
• Strong leadership abilities, effective communication, and adept problem-solving skills.
• Competence in team management, incident response, and enforcing operational discipline.

Preferred Credentials

• Security-related certifications are advantageous.
• Possession of a valid First Aid Certificate is preferred.
• Holding a valid Qatar Driving Licence is an asset.
