Job Overview
This opportunity seeks an experienced Siebel Developer with extensive expertise spanning from five to ten years. The role demands strong capabilities in Siebel configuration and involvement with multiple Siebel modules, focusing on telecommunications industry projects.
Key Responsibilities and Experience Areas
- Proficient in Siebel Configuration, with a focus on Account and Contact management.
- In-depth familiarity with Assistant Agent and Billing Careo features in Siebel CRM.
- Hands-on experience with Siebel CRM Scripting and Open UI development.
- Solid background in CRM order management processes and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI).
- Exposure to Siebel Workforce Management and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) or Dealer Management.
- Knowledge of Siebel Field Service and BI Publisher reports generation.
- Experience working with Siebel versions 20.xxxx and newer preferred.
- Mandatory experience in the telecommunications sector.
- Beneficial to have understanding of RODOD (Rules of Design) implementation concepts.
