Position Overview

We seek a skilled Shisha Maker to become part of our front-of-house team, ensuring guests enjoy a superior shisha experience. The role involves preparing, setting up, and serving shisha to exacting standards, maintaining consistent flavors, effective coal management, and appealing presentation that exemplifies authentic Lebanese hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble shisha with expertise, ensuring consistency in flavour and quality.
• Manage charcoal handling and heat levels expertly for optimal smoking experience.
• Maintain presentation standards aligned with the brand's hospitality promise.
• Recommend flavour combinations based on guest preferences.
• Constantly monitor and refresh shisha during service to guarantee guest satisfaction.
• Manage stock levels of shisha-related flavors and equipment, reporting needs promptly.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards in handling equipment and coal.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a shisha maker or preparer in a restaurant, lounge, hotel, or hospitality setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or food & beverage training preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of tobacco types, flavor profiles, coal management, heat control, and shisha assembly and upkeep.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; Arabic language skills are strongly favored.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a cooperative, positive approach to teamwork.
• Flexibility to work during evening or night shifts.
