Shift Technician - Data Center Operations (Loyang)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Technician to support the daily operation and maintenance of data center facility systems located in Loyang, Singapore. This full-time role involves ensuring the reliability and efficiency of critical infrastructure through routine checks and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the operational functions of data center infrastructure systems.
• Monitor HVAC systems, including cooling towers and chillers, to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct routine mechanical and electrical inspections to detect potential issues early.
• Assist in minor maintenance tasks and coordinate with external vendors as necessary.
• Keep track of environmental parameters such as temperature and humidity within the data center.
• Immediately report any faults or unusual equipment behaviours to supervisory personnel.
• Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and maintenance schedules.
• Provide support for additional facility-related tasks as required by the team.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in data center maintenance or working within critical infrastructure environments is essential.
• Availability and willingness to work on shift schedules as per operational needs.
• Physically able to perform hands-on technical tasks associated with the role.
