SharePoint Developer – Power Platform & Oracle Integration (Immediate Joiners, Local Candidates)

About the Role

This position involves developing, customizing, and maintaining SharePoint environments by leveraging both the Power Platform and Oracle database integrations. The successful candidate will be key in automating business tasks, implementing governance, ensuring secure collaboration, and supporting ongoing enterprise digital transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, development, and management of SharePoint Online and On-Premises sites, including site collections, lists, document libraries, and associated workflows.
• Create both Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps to streamline different business functions.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows in Power Automate, addressing approvals, notifications, data synchronization, and third-party integrations.
• Customize SharePoint with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JSON, custom web parts, and relevant extensions to address unique business requirements.
• Establish security measures including access rights, permissions, governance protocols, and role-based access controls.
• Integrate SharePoint and Power Platform solutions seamlessly with Oracle databases using APIs, REST interfaces, gateways, or middleware solutions.
• Manage the flow of data between SharePoint, Power Platform, and Oracle back-end systems, ensuring reliable connectivity.
• Support migration efforts, particularly those involving transitions from HCL Lotus Notes to modern SharePoint Online and Power Platform environments.
• Conduct system testing, handle deployments, monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to users as needed.
• Produce technical documentation, write user manuals, and run training sessions for end users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with business users, analysts, and IT teams to define requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of five years of experience developing solutions with SharePoint.
• Extensive, hands-on experience with Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate, and both SharePoint Online and On-Premises environments.
• Technical proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and working with RESTful APIs.
• Practical knowledge of Oracle database integration and establishing external system connectivity.
• Demonstrated history of working on SharePoint migration or modernization projects.
• Strong analytical skills, troubleshooting abilities, and effective verbal and written communication.
• Holding relevant Microsoft certifications is considered a plus.
