Work Schedule and Environment

Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Provide attentive service to guests during breakfast and à la carte lunch hours, collaborating seamlessly with the entire team.
• Create a warm, inviting atmosphere so every guest begins their day with a smile.
• Maintain composure and organizational skills even during busy simultaneous orders.
• Prepare and tidy your service station before and after shifts to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
• Serve food and beverages with precision and friendliness throughout your shift.
• Offer support to colleagues as necessary, fostering a team-oriented service environment.
• Deliver an unforgettable breakfast experience that leaves guests delighted.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

• Completed apprenticeship in the hotel sector or relevant experience in hospitality or gastronomy.
• Passion for hosting and creating a welcoming environment.
• Early riser who brings positive energy at the start of each day.
• Friendly, open personality with a strong desire to interact positively with guests and coworkers.
• Reliable, organized, and able to stay calm under the pressures of busy breakfast service.
• Team player with a proactive mindset and constructive attitude.
• Confident communicator in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
