Key Responsibilities

• Implement installation and commissioning protocols at client sites.
• Configure UPS system settings tailored to specific environmental requirements.
• Conduct tests based on customer specifications.
• Lead coordination of technician teams on selected projects when applicable.
• Perform preventive maintenance in line with Socomec's guidelines, including parts replacement.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot all Socomec-installed equipment effectively.
• Identify recurring issues and provide constructive feedback for continual improvement.
• Conduct training sessions to educate customers and distributors.
• Build and sustain robust relationships with customers.
• Offer fundamental operational guidance to customers for daily machine use.
• Enhance distributors' technical expertise through training programs.

Requirements

• Holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Proficient in technical problem analysis.
• Adheres strictly to safety regulations and reporting standards.
• Possesses solid knowledge of electrical theory and power electronics.
• Competent in interpreting single-line electrical diagrams.
