- Organize project checkpoints with stakeholder engagement to secure consensus at each phase.
- Ensure engineering teams deliver clear outputs in a timely manner, including coordination with design groups.
- Confirm integration of necessary protocols such as IQ/OQ/PQ, design for manufacturing, and mold flow analysis into project schedules.
- Coordinate regularly with Operations Management to align on expectations and project deliverables.
- Conduct periodic reviews summarizing progress and obstacles for senior leaders.
- Establish strong working relationships with key non-engineering groups like RDD, Operations, and outsourced procurement.
- Create and update detailed project trackers monitoring project health, timelines, spending, and risks.
- Promote a positive, cooperative environment across functional areas.
- Provide insights on manufacturing and operations, act as an escalation point, and resolve challenges.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Exhibits eagerness to learn and improve production test and assembly techniques.
- Applies sound engineering judgment beyond primary expertise areas.
- Has experience managing teams of five or more members, directly or indirectly.
- Functions well independently with limited supervision.
- Available for frequent travel to Malaysia.
- Holds at least eight years of relevant experience in NPI contexts.
