Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Lead) to join our team in Pune, working onsite. The candidate should be passionate about technology, ready to embrace challenges, and committed to building a lasting career. This role involves both technical leadership and hands-on development.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Demonstrate expertise by having completed 3 to 4 end-to-end projects independently.
• Possess strong backend development skills in Java EE and Node.js, and proficiency with frameworks such as SpringBoot and Microservices architectures.
• Develop and maintain frontend applications using React.js, Next.js, or Angular.
• Handle project management duties including leading and mentoring development teams effectively.
• Work with technologies including JPA, JDBC, Maven, MySQL, Docker, Kubernetes, RESTful services, Jenkins, Git, Ubuntu, and NGINX Plus.
• Exhibit a positive attitude, problem-solving acumen, and a strong ownership mentality.
• Preferably reside in or near Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC).
• Commit to a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, working from the office.
