Position Overview
This role seeks a Senior Software Engineer to contribute remotely under a flexible contract with 10 to 40 hours per week. Compensation ranges between $50 and $150 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Reinforcement Learning environments to evaluate AI models tackling advanced software engineering challenges.
- Address bugs, implement new features, refactor existing code, and enhance performance utilizing Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools.
- Create consistent and reproducible environments alongside deterministic verification procedures to accurately assess MCP usage.
- Construct benchmark reference solutions to evaluate software engineering proficiency effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Strong programming skills in one or more of these languages: C++, Python, Java, GoLang, TypeScript, or Rust.
- In-depth knowledge of algorithms, efficient data structures, and techniques for software performance optimization.
- Demonstrated competency in debugging complex software difficulties and creating maintainable code solutions.
- Experience in feature creation and refactoring codebases.
- Proven capability to improve software scalability and performance.
