Role Overview

The Senior Software Business Analyst is a full-time role stationed on-site in Riyadh. This professional acts as a liaison with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring that technical solutions align with organizational needs. Key daily responsibilities include mapping and improving business processes, conducting gap analyses, drafting comprehensive functional specifications, and supporting digital transformation planning. Collaboration with cross-functional teams through workshops and presentations is crucial, alongside offering recommendations to boost system performance and user experience. Additionally, the role contributes to project planning, monitors milestones, and encourages continuous improvements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Exceptional analytical ability to interpret complex data and convert it into actionable strategies.
• Expertise in business analysis methodologies, including requirements gathering, use case creation, and process documentation.
• Experience in business process mapping, optimization, and redesign focused on digital transformation goals.

• Demonstrable experience in senior or lead roles within business analysis, ideally on technology-driven or digital transformation initiatives.
