Senior Relationship Officer

About the Role

We seek a motivated and field-oriented Senior Relationship Officer to spearhead client acquisition and the distribution of business loans within designated areas. This position involves a blend of sales, client engagement, and field operations, focusing on driving loan sales, ensuring disbursements, and maintaining low delinquency rates through regular field engagements and center meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire prospective clients to generate business loan sales by conducting routine field visits.
• Ensure achievement of disbursement objectives while maintaining minimal delinquency.
• Evaluate client potential and product acceptance in new regions to facilitate geographic expansion.
• Manage loan disbursements, repayments, delinquency monitoring, and meet daily and weekly targets.
• Conduct consistent field visits and center meetings to review loan applications and strengthen customer relations.
• Develop robust internal and external client relationships to establish strong brand presence among potential customers.
• Maintain routine meetings to track progress and client engagement regularly.

Requirements

• Possess between 1 to 5 years of experience in field sales, specifically in loan against property or home loans.
• Hold a valid driving license and have access to a personal two-wheeler, essential for field visits.
• Preferably have foundational knowledge of business loan models.
• Educational qualifications include completion of 10th, 12th standard, or graduation.
