Senior Project Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to steer the design, planning, execution, and final delivery of the Hook-Up Project. This role involves comprehensive management of the project lifecycle while meeting stringent requirements related to schedule, budget, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all stages of the Hook-Up Project from inception to handover.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with scope, timeline, budget constraints, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Supervise engineering design, procurement, construction, commissioning processes, and project turnover.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies ensuring adherence to contractual, legal, and company standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project staff to drive project excellence.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Civil, or closely related fields.
• Have at least 10 years of practical experience managing Hook-Up projects, particularly large semiconductor or high-tech industrial ventures.
• Demonstrate proficient knowledge in design and project management tailored to Hook-Up projects.
• Expertise in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, contract oversight, and risk control.
• Strong leadership capabilities combined with excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and prioritize concurrently running projects effectively.
• Open to travel or relocating to the project site according to project demands.
