Summary

The Senior Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the comprehensive execution of the Decennial Budget Integration Tool (DBiT) Support Services contract with the U.S. Census Bureau. This role acts as the primary liaison between government stakeholders and Katmai leadership, with full accountability for managing cost, schedule, technical outcomes, and ensuring customer satisfaction across all project components.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a diverse team including Agile software developers, QA testers, system and business intelligence administrators, database developers, and business analysts.
  • Guide Agile Scrum processes, ensuring all contract deliverables and reports are completed on time, while managing risks, performance, and staffing to maintain uninterrupted delivery of a critical federal financial system.

Required Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
