Senior Product Manager - Employee Experience Platform

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join the Workvivo team, focused on enhancing employee experience through innovative technology. Responsibilities

• Lead discovery initiatives to identify and define valuable customer and business challenges.
• Carry out market research, user interviews, and analyze data to uncover insights and validate product hypotheses.
• Incorporate AI-driven approaches into product strategy to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop intuitive, scalable, and vision-aligned products.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to collect feedback and maintain strategic alignment.
• Monitor industry trends, particularly in AI and employee engagement, to keep products competitive.
• Establish success criteria and adapt products through continuous experimentation and iteration.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in product management with a strong track record in product discovery and delivery.
• Proficient in conducting customer research and translating findings into strategic decisions.
• Experience applying AI or emerging technologies within SaaS environments.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Knowledgeable of modern product methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Analytical thinker with strengths in problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
• History of successful product launches with demonstrable business outcomes.

Additional Information

Salary Range: 269,200 to 2110,700 per annum.
