Senior Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update detailed project schedules utilizing Primavera P6 software.
• Track project progress diligently and generate comprehensive reports highlighting timelines, key milestones, and deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with project teams, consultants, and contractors to collect necessary planning information.
• Conduct analysis of critical paths and schedule constraints to evaluate impacts resulting from project changes.
• Recommend and implement strategies to address schedule delays and prevent potential slippages.
• Engage in progress review meetings with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and insights.
• Prepare contractual documents related to time, including extension of time claims and delay analyses.
• Ensure all scheduling activities align with client standards and requirements.
• Assist with cost control measures and risk management tasks as needed.
• Coordinate scheduling with procurement and construction teams to ensure alignment with material and resource availability.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• At least 15 years of pertinent experience in planning engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
• Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities.
