Role Overview

The Senior Manager Business Solutions leads the design, development, and delivery of sophisticated Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions specifically crafted for external clients. This role is pivotal in steering business growth, overseeing project execution, and aligning AI product offerings with the strategic objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the strategy and execution of AI and analytics initiatives, including the creation and deployment of cutting-edge AI models and analytics solutions.
• Ensure AI solutions are viable and scalable across various clients and industry sectors.
• Drive business development by identifying new opportunities that leverage Data and AI capabilities.
• Engage closely with clients to comprehend requirements and customize solutions, while maintaining strong client relationships to foster satisfaction and retention.
• Work collaboratively with product teams to convert successful client-specific solutions into widely scalable products, providing expert technical oversight and support to maintain product stability.
• Lead and advise on data engineering efforts, including developing frameworks for open data collection and building reliable data pipelines, while advocating for best practices in data structuring and analytics enablement.
• Manage multiple AI and Data projects, guaranteeing adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and value delivery; proactively mitigate risks and address any project obstacles.
• Assume full responsibility for the profit and loss (P&L) and overall performance of the unit, monitoring revenue, expenses, cost management, and tracking sales and delivery performance metrics.
