Senior Interior Designer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead comprehensive interior projects from start to finish. This role demands exceptional creativity, strong client interaction skills, and an up-to-date understanding of interior design trends to consistently deliver outstanding design solutions. The position also involves managing the entire customer experience and ensuring high standards in design deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of interior design projects, overseeing all phases through to completion.
• Enhance and maintain a positive customer experience throughout project execution.
• Ensure quality, precision, and accuracy in all design outputs.
• Drive the sales funnel for projects, leading efforts to close deals successfully.
• Communicate effectively and present ideas clearly, collaborating within teams to achieve results.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Graduation or relevant diploma with at least 15 years of formal education.
• A minimum of five to six years' experience in interior design, specifically as a Senior Interior Designer.
• Experience leading and delivering at least five to six turnkey residential home projects.
• Knowledgeable in civil works and services, including specifications and installation details.
• Expertise in preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to close sales through logical, trustworthy sales pitches and effective leadership during client design meetings.
