This position provides an excellent opportunity to enhance your expertise in HR operations, expand stakeholder engagement skills globally, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through enhanced controls and automation.

Key Duties

  • Oversee full-cycle new hire onboarding from offer acceptance through Day 1 for assigned countries, ensuring adherence to timelines and service standards.
  • Perform detailed validation and reconciliation of employee data across systems to guarantee accuracy and consistency of records.
  • Compile and submit payroll inputs to relevant teams or vendors timely, complying with local payroll protocols to facilitate flawless first-pay processing.
  • Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies by conducting root cause analyses, collaborating with management and stakeholders to devise both short-term fixes and long-term solutions.
  • Engage with various stakeholders including recruitment, payroll, vendors, and People Operations to establish clear task ownership, manage dependencies, and ensure timely issue resolution alongside proactive communication.
  • Maintain process integrity through meticulous documentation, ensuring audit readiness, procedural adherence, and confidentiality of sensitive data.
  • Optionally, seek opportunities to streamline and automate onboarding and payroll processes utilizing low-code/no-code technologies like Power Automate and Power Apps to enhance efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Operations, Customer Support, HR Shared Services, Employee Data management, or a role involving customer-centric operations.
  • Proven track record supporting new hire onboarding lifecycle with strong execution and stakeholder collaboration capabilities.
  • Expertise in reconciling and validating data within HR systems such as Employee Central, SAP, CRM, and workflow management tools, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
