Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Designer who will be instrumental in shaping brands through comprehensive design solutions, encompassing brand identity creation, campaign development, and cultural engagements. This multifaceted role encompasses managing projects from conceptual stages through to finished, production-ready assets across a variety of mediums including print, packaging, digital, and environmental formats. Collaboration with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Writers, and Strategists is essential, and the candidate must confidently advocate for their design decisions in team settings. Notably, this position requires onsite presence in Austin, TX and eligibility to be employed in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and implement dynamic brand identities, impactful campaign visuals, packaging designs, and marketing collateral that resonate culturally.
• Lead project development from initial concept through to production, balancing innovative vision with precision in execution.
• Introduce fresh and unexpected design ideas that push brand boundaries while maintaining strategic focus and measurable business results.
• Collaborate intimately with cross-disciplinary teams including Creative Directors, Art Directors, Writers, and Strategists to produce groundbreaking work.
• Maintain current awareness of design trends, typography, color theory, and cultural shifts to keep Bakery's output sharp and distinctive.
• Deliver polished, effective designs that meet the highest quality standards.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently, adhering to timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
• Present and articulate design concepts with clarity and persuasion to stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

• A compelling portfolio featuring work for leading US and international brands; accolades such as D&AD, One Show, or Cannes Lions awards are strongly regarded.
• Minimum of six years’ experience within a prestigious agency or in-house creative team environment.
• Demonstrated expertise across branding, visual storytelling, campaigns, and superior craftsmanship.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite tools including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong skills in illustration, typography, and layout with close attention to details.
• Proven experience delivering design solutions across print, digital platforms, packaging, and environmental contexts.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, output-focused atmosphere.
• A methodical design approach emphasizing both aesthetics and functional system efficiency.
