Hudsonville Ice Cream in Holland, MI seeks a Senior Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, primarily supporting the CEO. This role transcends traditional administrative duties, requiring someone who can bring clarity to complexity, anticipate needs proactively, and enhance organizational operations and culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders to optimize their time and decision-making.
- Anticipate and prepare leadership for critical engagements and commitments.
- Serve as an extension of executives in communication and coordination to maintain a structured, calm environment.
- Manage and enhance business operational rhythms, including meetings, agendas, and follow-ups to ensure clear, purposeful outcomes.
- Facilitate cross-team communication and alignment to improve execution and track priority action items.
- Craft, refine, and elevate internal and external communications; prepare materials for leadership events such as meetings and town halls.
- Organize, track, and coordinate projects and initiatives, translating strategies into actionable steps.
- Foster organizational culture by connecting leadership authentically with employees through recognition and thoughtful engagement.
- Manage personal logistics and calendars for leadership, handling sensitive matters confidentially.
