Role Overview

Syncredible Solutions seeks a seasoned Senior Data Scientist to contribute to the AI Center of Excellence by advancing machine learning and data science projects. The opportunity involves converting complex business challenges into effective, data-driven solutions through applied analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data science workflows, including exploring data, preparing datasets, engineering features, developing and validating models, interpreting results, and communicating findings.
• Utilize expertise in predictive analytics, forecasting, classification, regression, experimentation frameworks, and A/B testing to address business needs.
• Build and refine machine learning models using tools such as Python and SQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, machine learning engineers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful products.
• Support enterprise AI deployment from initial exploration phases through to production readiness.
• Leverage visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI to effectively present model outcomes and insights.
• Engage with cloud-based platforms—Azure, Azure ML, Databricks, MLflow—for data science projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Solid applied machine learning and statistical modeling capabilities.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python programming languages.
• Experience in feature engineering, model evaluation, and insights generation.
• Competence with visualization platforms for communicating analytical results.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure and related tools.
• Background in use cases like churn prediction, personalized recommendations, marketing optimization, anomaly detection, and experimentation methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to accelerate AI analytics solutions.
