Senior Creative Project Manager

About the role

Celsius Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Senior Creative Project Manager to help coordinate and drive creative work across a global CPG brand portfolio that includes CELSIUS®, ALANI NU®, and ROCKSTAR®. This position is based in Louisville, Kentucky and reports to the Manager, Project Management. There are no direct reports.

What you'll do

• Own the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of creative work spanning campaigns, content, digital deliverables, and brand projects.
• Build and maintain detailed schedules so stakeholders stay aligned on milestones, handoffs, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Keep teams informed when priorities, timing, or project plans change.
• Serve as the connection point between the Brand Studio and partner groups such as marketing, operations, and commercialization, helping translate needs in both directions.
• Make sure work is completed on schedule, stays within scope, and meets quality expectations.
• Identify project risks, surface blockers early, and help steer work back on track when needed.
• Coordinate with outside vendors or freelancers when support is required.
• Maintain project briefs, documentation, and timelines in Monday.com.
• Run kickoffs, stand-ups, and recurring status meetings to keep projects moving.

What you need

• 4 to 6 years of experience in project management within creative, marketing, or brand-focused environments.
• Strong planning, organization, and time management abilities, with close attention to detail.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional creative initiatives.
• Comfort working in project management platforms such as Monday.com.
• Understanding of creative and production processes across print, digital, social, and design.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to stay composed under pressure and focus on solutions.

• The base salary range depends on experience and location.
• Final compensation will be based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
• The role may also qualify for additional compensation such as bonuses and restricted stock units, subject to company plans.
