Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic and meticulous Senior Associate to join our People & Experience Team (PET) in New York. Reporting to PET Operations, this role forms the operational foundation of our People team, collaborating closely with PET Business Partners and various stakeholders to manage systems, processes, and programs ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management.
The ideal candidate will manage HR systems and data accuracy, coordinate major initiatives, enhance processes, and support scaling operations as the company expands. We value individuals who enjoy both process optimization and hands-on task execution, maintaining data integrity and organization throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HRIS administration by maintaining accurate employee data related to hiring, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, and departures.
- Perform regular audits to ensure employee records are accurate, complete, and compliant, addressing discrepancies collaboratively.
- Administer and update People systems, workflows, and documentation to guarantee consistent employee experiences.
- Identify and implement system improvements to boost automation, streamline operations, and promote scalability.
- Generate regular people analytics and dashboards reflecting workforce metrics such as headcount, hiring, turnover, and organizational health.
- Analyze data trends to recommend enhancements in reporting and decision-making processes.
- Support ad hoc reporting and maintain comprehensive reports to meet business needs.
- Oversee benefits administration processes including enrollments, life events, inquiries, vendor coordination, and Open Enrollment periods, ensuring precision and positive employee experiences.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, managing pre-boarding deliverables for successful integration.
- Ensure compliance in timesheet submissions across the agency by monitoring and prompting follow-ups.
- Manage training platform administration, including weekly content updates, tracking completion, and ensuring payroll-related trainings are finished timely.
- Organize recurring People & Experience initiatives by tracking project timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communication.
- Provide administrative support such as coordinating purchase orders, invoice processing, employee care efforts, mail handling, and vendor management which underpin People program execution.
Desired Qualities and Skills
- Proficiency in advanced Excel or Google Sheets and readiness to learn new HR platforms like HiBob or ADP, with an interest in leveraging AI to enhance efficiency.
- Exceptional attention to detail, able to spot errors and inconsistencies affecting critical data.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, managing multiple priorities without missing deadlines.
- Problem-solving aptitude with a focus on continuous process improvements and efficient workflows.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $70,000 to $80,000 USD annually, depending on experience and location.
