Role Overview
As the Senior Adviser Partner Manager, you will be instrumental in driving nib's growth by cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with adviser partners. Your role includes promoting the nib adviser proposition, effectively representing the brand to enhance adviser engagement, loyalty, and ultimately contribute to superior customer satisfaction and outcomes.
Candidate Profile
You bring a strong background in strategic relationship management with confidence in articulating nib's product benefits and competitive advantages to adviser partners. Your ability to build enduring partnerships while influencing stakeholders across various levels is crucial. Additionally, you possess a comprehensive understanding of the financial, emotional, and wider implications of ill-health, which enables meaningful and supportive conversations with advisers, aiming to better customer results.
- Substantial experience in customer service and operational delivery roles
- Exceptional communication capabilities, including group presentations
- Proven skill in grasping complex concepts and explaining them clearly and memorably to third parties such as advisers
- Relevant experience within the health and life insurance sector or analogous industries involving external stakeholder engagement and sensitive, intangible products/services
- Knowledge of the complementary dynamics between public and private health sectors
