About the Role
This position involves contributing as a team member responsible for devising and managing Integrated Project Master Schedules. You will be preparing scheduling, earned value, and project control reports related to External Maintenance Availabilities, Defect Rectification Periods, and Maintenance Window Opportunities. Your efforts will directly support the contracts overseeing the total asset management of the Anzac Class frigates through their lifecycle. This is a permanent, onsite role based in Henderson, Western Australia.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a problem solver with strong analytical capabilities and works effectively as part of a team. Integrity, ethics, and strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial. Responsibilities include developing and updating the Integrated Project Master Schedule (IPMS), analyzing schedules, managing variances, and quantifying schedule risks.
Required competencies include experience in a similar scheduling or planning role, intermediate to advanced expertise with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with earned value analysis, critical path method, and related reporting techniques. Candidates must either hold or be eligible for an Australian Defence Security Clearance appropriate to the role and possess a valid Construction Induction Card (White Card).
