SAP Operator - Logistics Supervisor in Supply Operations

About the Role

We are looking for a competent SAP Operator to join our Supply Operations team, playing a key role in warehouse and logistics functions. The candidate will utilize SAP systems to enhance supply chain workflows, guarantee precise inventory control, and ensure smooth logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate SAP modules pertinent to Order Management and supply chain activities.
• Handle processing and tracking of purchase orders, goods receipts (GR), goods issues (GI), and inventory movements within SAP.
• Enter transaction data accurately and promptly.
• Produce and evaluate reports to aid supply operations decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) teams, warehouse personnel, customers, and logistics partners to maintain seamless operations.
• Provide initial troubleshooting and support for SAP-related issues.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at process enhancements in logistics efficiency.
• Stay updated on SAP system updates and new logistics-related features.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of any bachelor's degree.
• Experience ranging from 2 to 4 years in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain roles.
• Strong proficiency in SAP modules focused on Order Management.
• In-depth understanding of Warehouse, Logistics, and Order Management workflows.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to perform accurately under pressure.
• Effective communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, notably Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with additional supply chain management software.
• Knowledge of best industry practices in logistics and warehouse management.

Languages

Fluency in Kannada, English, Hindi, and Telugu is required.

Compensation

The salary ranges approximately between INR 2,00,000 and 3,00,000 annually, depending on experience and industry standards.
