Job Overview
Digitide Solutions Limited is seeking candidates for the role of Sales Executive specialized in Kotak outbound sales. The position requires a minimum of 6 months prior sales experience for experienced applicants, while freshers with at least 12th pass are also eligible.
Responsibilities
- Handle outbound sales calls focused on Kotak clients and products.
Requirements
- Experienced candidates must have a minimum of six months sales experience.
- Freshers need to have completed at least 12th grade.
- Basic to average proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Applicants currently studying are not eligible.
- Applicants must not plan to take extended leave over the next six months.
- Immediate joining availability is required.
Working Hours and Shift
The fixed shift timing is from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Rotational weekly offs are applicable.
Salary Details
For experienced candidates:
- In-hand salary: ₹20,800 (without CTC benefits)
- Alternatively, ₹18,000 in-hand with Provident Fund contributions and ₹22,000 as Cost to Company (CTC)
For freshers:
- Fixed in-hand salary of ₹15,000
