Role Overview

We seek a driven and confident Sales Executive to join our remote team based in Dubai. The role involves engaging prospective clients, showcasing products, addressing queries, nurturing leads, and converting prospects into confirmed sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential customers via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and online meetings.
• Present our products clearly and professionally to prospects.
• Follow up diligently to develop strong customer relationships.
• Create sales opportunities through networking, referrals, social media, and direct contact.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Strive to meet monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Take part in online training and team meetings.
• Ensure customers receive a positive and professional experience throughout the sales process.

Compensation Structure

• Performance-driven monthly earnings around AED 1750 upon meeting sales targets.
• AED 875 bonus for each additional sale beyond monthly goals.
• No fixed base salary; income is fully linked to sales performance.
• Opportunity to increase earnings through extra sales achievements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Confident and professional manner of communication.
• Excellent interpersonal, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and focused on targets.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote work setting.
• Consistent follow-up skills and customer relationship management.
• Basic digital literacy including WhatsApp, email, video calls, and social media.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or inside sales is advantageous.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Preference for candidates residing in Dubai or the UAE.
