Job description
Role Overview
This position involves engaging with parents to provide counseling and recommend suitable educational programs for children. The successful candidate will focus on understanding parent expectations and children's needs to suggest the most fitting Kids Intelligence courses effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in constructive dialogues with parents beyond simple sales pitches to understand their child's educational needs.
- Recommend tailored Kids Intelligence programs that align with the child's requirements.
- Professionally address and resolve any questions, concerns, or objections from parents.
- Build trust and foster a positive experience for parents throughout the interaction.
- Promote and sell online courses and programs using phone, WhatsApp, and virtual consultations.
- Conduct online counseling and enquiry sessions as needed.
- Clearly explain course details, learning objectives, batch schedules, and the enrollment process.
- Strive to meet monthly sales and conversion goals.
- Welcome and assist parents who visit Kids Intelligence centers, identifying their needs and guiding them to suitable programs.
- Coordinate trial sessions, counseling meetings, and admissions effectively.
- Persistently follow up on walk-in enquiries until successful enrollment.

Compensation
The monthly remuneration for this role ranges from 10,000 to 18,000 INR.
