Job Overview
The Sales Co-ordinator plays a key role in managing customer inquiries and ensuring smooth sales processes. The role demands prompt, courteous handling of both online and telephone queries, maintaining client satisfaction through accurate and timely order management.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond instantly and amicably to any online or phone-based customer queries.
- Manage all inquiry emails received via marketing websites diligently.
- Create sales quotations for clients and follow up, negotiating favorable terms to meet client needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by verifying accuracy and timely processing of orders.
- Act as liaison between departments to deliver services aligned with client requirements in terms of cost and timelines.
- Coordinate with technical teams to address product or technical questions.
- Forward purchase orders to the accounts team and assist in preparing proforma invoices or invoices.
- Communicate dispatch and logistics details with relevant departments and keep customers informed.
- Maintain enquiry trackers and prepare various reports as directed by the sales manager, submitting them punctually.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 10000 to 17000 INR.
