Role Overview

This position focuses on driving sales through exceptional customer service to meet individual and store sales goals, contributing to the wider business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve personal, store, and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with the organization's targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by adhering to company policies, sharing detailed product knowledge, and maintaining a polite, friendly demeanor to establish enduring customer relationships.
• Stay informed about product designs, latest trends, quality considerations, and stock availability to offer excellent customer assistance.
• Manage logistical tasks including receiving and dispatching shipments, organizing merchandise, and stocking shelves, counters, racks, and tables.
• Perform operational and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a comparable sales role, ideally within a similar brand.
• Experience working in the local retail market is preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of the local culture and its sensitivities.
• Familiarity with the fashion industry.
