Job Overview
As a Sales Associate at Living in Style, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service within our furniture showroom located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and actively engage them to comprehend their preferences and requirements.
- Deliver comprehensive details about our furniture products, including fabric, design, and usability features.
- Support customers in making well-informed buying choices.
- Stay informed about ongoing promotions and current sales offers.
- Efficiently handle sales transactions with accuracy.
- Oversee inventory levels and replenish product displays when necessary.
- Keep the showroom clean, orderly, and aesthetically pleasing to enhance customer experience.
- Aim to achieve or surpass individual sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Respond promptly to customer questions and resolve any issues.
Compensation
The monthly salary for this position ranges between 15000 to 40000 INR.
