About The Role

Our innovative Production Hub at The Westworks building is a premier media centre specialising in remote production. We are currently seeking a Runner to join this energetic and fast-moving team, collaborating closely with engineering, resource, and bookings departments.

As a Runner, you will play a supportive role ensuring smooth facility operations and actively assisting clients during live production events. Your responsibilities will range from administrative activities, inventory management, handling food and refreshments, to various general support duties.

This position is primarily based at our Westworks site. However, being a global operation focused on staff development, you may occasionally be assigned to support different projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Front Office team to guarantee top-notch client experiences
• Take initiative in tailoring client delivery to individual requirements
• Encourage a positive, friendly, yet efficient workplace atmosphere
• Manage and operate the client shuttle van and perform driving errands as needed
• Prepare and provide refreshments for meetings and on-site facilities
• Manage replenishment of stock, including food orders and associated documentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of production zones
• Support the technology team during production setups
• Provide administrative assistance to resource and bookings units
• Occasionally cover reception tasks such as parking arrangements, access facilitation, and delivery handling
• Fulfill any other duties as assigned
• Serve as Fire Marshal and First Aid officer at the facility with provided training as necessary

Mandatory Requirements

• Possession of a valid, full UK driving licence
• Minimum age requirement of 21 years or older
