About the Role
HullWiper Ltd is seeking a dedicated ROV Storeman based in the UAE to manage and maintain stock levels for Remotely Operated Vehicles. This role includes overseeing local and global spare part inventories, coordinating procurement and shipments, and supporting the technical team with assembly and fault diagnosis tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain adequate spare part inventory for ROV support at HullWiper HQ and global sites.
- Manage stock ordering systems and procurement activities both locally and internationally.
- Organize collection of parts from suppliers and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
- Assist the ROV team with electrical and mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and cleaning operations.
- Foster strong working relationships with global partners and potentially travel between operational hubs as needed.
Candidate Qualifications
- High School Certificate.
- Possess a UAE driving license with a minimum of two years' driving experience.
- Proficient with MS Office, including Outlook and Excel, and adaptable to new software learning.
- Good command of English communication.
- Basic practical experience with mechanical and electrical tasks.
- Understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, mechanical systems, and electrical wiring principles.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Resident in UAE or willing to relocate.
