Risk Management Manager

Overview

This role is open exclusively to UAE Nationals under the Emiratization program. The Risk Management Manager will be based in Abu Dhabi and requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in the banking and financial services sector. Candidates should possess a diploma or bachelor's degree and be proficient in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and continuously monitor various risks including operational, financial, strategic, and compliance-related risks within the organization.
• Develop, update, and enforce the organization's risk management framework, including relevant policies and procedures.
• Execute regular risk assessments and maintain an up-to-date corporate risk register documenting all identified risks.
• Analyze patterns and trends in risk data to propose effective mitigation strategies to minimize potential adverse impacts.
• Work closely with department heads to recognize emerging risks and ensure corrective measures are implemented promptly.
