Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and identify their needs to provide tailored solutions.
• Handle order placements, process payments through cash or card efficiently, and manage all transactions accurately.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by building relationships, promoting products, and encouraging additional purchases.
• Keep an eye on inventory levels, replenish stock promptly, and maintain a tidy and orderly sales area.
• Assist in reaching both personal and team sales goals through focused selling efforts.
• Respond to customer questions, resolve issues effectively, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges from 15500 to 20500 INR.
